From first connection
The eSIM connects to AIS and DTAC. Your phone selects whichever of those is strongest wherever you are standing, in the same way roaming does — there is no network to choose and nothing to switch by hand. Speeds are 5G where the network supports it.
Validity starts the first time the eSIM connects to a network abroad, not when it is bought, so it can be installed at home days before departure without spending any of the 30 days. Tethering and personal hotspot are permitted.
Delivery is immediate and by email: a QR code and step-by-step instructions for the specific phone, usually within a minute of payment. The plan does not renew and cannot bill again — when the data or the 30 days run out it simply stops, and more data can be added to the same eSIM without reinstalling it.
Requires an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone — iPhone XS or newer, Google Pixel 3 or newer, most Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer. An eSIM profile can be installed one time only: deleting it, resetting the phone or erasing all content destroys the plan permanently.
